Theatre College Audition Prep/Pre-Professional Teens

Intended for serious students but accessible enough for younger performers, this audition/invite only course is designed for high school students grades 9-12. Weekly intensive skills training in the areas of voice, dance, and acting, plus specific individualized attention for each participant. Students can select the Pre-Professional or College Prep track to receive individually-selected and prepared audition materials such as monologues, song selections, headshots, and resumes. Find out all the details about this course.

Teens 2 Day Auditioning Workshop

Whether you have been auditioning for years or are just getting started, industry professionals Hannah Arguelles and Nigel Hall will help you walk through the process of auditioning for the theatre.  You will learn what items you are expected to bring, how to conduct yourself in the casting room, and have an opportunity to experience several different audition situations, such as cold reads, vocal auditions, and dance calls.

Voice Acting Pt 1

Adult From enunciation to accents to anime, vocal performance teachers develop not only your craft but your career as you navigate the world of voice overs and vocal performance. This class will also hone any actor's spoken performance skills for stage and screen, and will focus on the areas of 1. commercials, 2. accents, plus 3. an introduction to audiobooks.

Voice Acting Pt 2

Builds on Voice Acting Pt. 1, or can be taken as a stand-alone class. From enunciation to accents to anime, vocal performance teachers develop not only your craft but your career as you navigate the world of voice overs and vocal performance. This class will also hone any actor's spoken performance skills for stage and screen.  Focus of Part 2 includes 1. non-fiction audiobooks, 2. anime voices, 3. video games, 4. animation and a final unit on preparing for the business, demo reels, and student show and tell.

Adult Improv Troupe

Back by popular demand, our adult improv troupe will participate in both long-form and short-form improv development. And the troupe will have a chance to work with a live audience through performance opportunities offered throughout the semester.
