
Arturo Limon is a 4th generation Texan born in El Paso Texas in 1965. He has made his home in beautiful Fort Worth since 1985, first working at City Park Cafe on Forest Park as a dish washer. He worked his way up to head cook, after many years moved on to Bellagios on Bluebonnet Circle and then to Ciao Italian Restaurant, Ruffinos, and Fortunas on Camp Bowie. He is at long last the head chef at Stage West. He also loves movies, live theater, and food of course.
