Season Information & Perks 

GET THE FIRST PICK OF SEATS AND DATES!
In response to so many requests for more control over seating selection, you now can book your seats and dates in advance, of course with unlimited changes later. 

BOX OFFICE:
Stage West Box Office is located at 821 W. Vickery Blvd, and is open Tuesdays-Fridays 10am-3pm and Saturdays 12pm-3pm. The Box Office is also open until 9pm on performance nights, and 12pm-4pm on performance Sundays.  

HOW TO MAKE OR CHANGE YOUR RESERVATIONS: In person at the box office.   By phone (817-STG-WEST)

SHOW TIMES: All plays will include these times- Thursday 7:30pm, Friday and Saturday 8:00pm, Sunday 2:00pm . Some plays will also include a Saturday matinee at 2:00pm and/or a Sunday evening performance at 7:30pm. Please always check tickets, website and reminder emails for specific performance times. Please plan to arrive no later than 15-30 minutes prior to curtain.

NOTE: our matinees have shifted to 2pm this season!

FOOD SERVICE AND CONCESSIONS:
Our Lobby Café opens 90 minutes prior to curtain.  When making reservations, please let us know if you would like to dine here before the play.  We will have your table reserved.  Please arrive no later than 60 minutes prior to curtain.  Check our website stagewest.org/menu to see what we are offering on our menu.

Beer, wine, low ABV cocktails, soft drinks, coffee and desserts will be available for purchase during intermission.  A wider selection is available for those who pre-order intermission service before the play. 

No food is ever allowed in the performance spaces.

OPENING NIGHT RECEPTIONS:
The first Saturday night of each production will be followed by an opening night reception with complimentary champagne, and coffee.  We will raise glasses in a toast to the success of the production. Come mingle and celebrate with the cast, crew, and director of each play.

FIRST TUESDAYS:
These events will be 6-7:30pm on the first Tuesday of each month. Admission includes drinks, community, and unique one-off experiences such as mini-lectures, how-to’s, hands on creative play, and more, curated to delight your mind, enrich your life, and cater to your creative impulses.

HAPPY ½ HOURS:
Held every show night 120 minutes before curtain, H½H will include great prices on drinks and appetizers for subscribers only!

DISCOUNTS:

SPECIAL EVENTS:
Throughout the season there will be special events including the Summer Conservatory performance, play readings, and the Festival of the Kid.  If we have your email, you’ll receive information on all of these opportunities.

POST-SHOW CONVERSATIONS:
After selected performances, you will be invited to stay for a 15-20 minute discussion of the ideas behind the show and how they affected you as audience members. We highly encourage your involvement and voice, no matter what your opinion of the play material – an engaging discussion is always richer with multiple perspectives! A member of the creative team will moderate.
