Season Information & Perks
GET THE FIRST PICK OF SEATS AND DATES!
In response to so many requests for more control over seating selection, you now can book your seats and dates in advance, of course with unlimited changes later.
Stage West Box Office is located at 821 W. Vickery Blvd, and is open Tuesdays-Fridays 10am-3pm and Saturdays 12pm-3pm. The Box Office is also open until 9pm on performance nights, and 12pm-4pm on performance Sundays.

SHOW TIMES: Thursday 7:30pm, Friday and Saturday 8:00pm, Sunday 3:00pm (though one show will begin 30 min earlier on each date). Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to curtain.
FOOD SERVICE AND CONCESSIONS:
Our Lobby Café opens 90 minutes prior to curtain. When making reservations, please let us know if you would like to dine here before the play. We will have your table reserved. Please arrive no later than 60 minutes prior to curtain. Check our website stagewest.org/menu to see what we are offering on new our menu.
Beer, wine, low ABV cocktails, soft drinks, coffee and desserts will be available for purchase during intermission. A wider selection is available for those who pre-order intermission service before the play.
At this time, no drinks will be allowed in the theatre cue to Covid protocols. No food is ever allowed in the performance spaces.
OPENING NIGHT PARTIES:
The first Saturday night of each production will be followed by an opening night reception with complimentary champagne, hors d’oeuvres, and coffee. Come mingle and celebrate with the cast, crew, and director of each play. NOTE: there will not be a reception for JQA due to Covid. We hope to be able to bring them back soon!
These events will be 6-7:30pm on the first Tuesday of each month. Admission includes drinks, community, and unique one-off experiences such as mini-lectures, how-to’s, hands on creative play, and more, curated to delight your mind, enrich your life, and cater to your creative impulses.
HAPPY ½ HOURS:
Held every show night 120 minutes before curtain, H½H will include great prices on drinks and appetizers for subscribers only! Sample new Lobby Cafe menu items from Chef Arturo including his signature Monte Cristo, a house hamburger with lavender pommes frites, a pear and gouda chicken sandwich, and a salmon and risotto entree.

September 25 for 4-8pm. Our Season Soirée is subscribers’ first chance to meet the 43rd season production teams, bump elbows with old friends, see the new renovations, and try some of those new Lobby Cafe drinks and eats! A party not to be missed for sure.

Throughout the season there will be special events including the Summer Conservatory performance, play readings, and the Festival of the Kid. These are free or discounted for all subscribers. We also host M.A.D.E.: An Indoor Arts and Music Festival which is a Pay What You Can event which you’ll have advance access to before general public. If we have your email, you’ll receive information on all of these opportunities.

After selected performances, you will be invited to stay for a 15-20 minute discussion of the ideas behind the show and how they affected you as audience members. We highly encourage your involvement and voice, no matter what your opinion of the play material – an engaging discussion is always richer with multiple perspectives! A member of the creative team will moderate.
Due to the continuing and uncertain nature of the pandemic, if at any time a surge in Covid-19 forces an inability to perform live, completed shows will be streamed for whatever duration of time is set by state guidelines and union mandates. In the event that a performance is unable to be fully rehearsed and prepared for a recording to meet the streaming needs, there will be a postponement or cancellation, and refund.
