I grew up in a household of 15 siblings, 9 of which are adopted. From the time I was able to hold a pencil I was prompted to make art. Grandma Reiko introduced art to the family; she learned the traditional and meticulous art of ikebana, as well as, hand-sewn samurai and geisha dolls.
Eventually, I served in the US Army. After earning a degree in Interactive Simulation and Gaming Technology I attended Texas A&M University-Commerce studying Visual Communication. I went onto the University of Texas at Dallas focusing on Visual Arts. I am married and enjoy making art with my two kids. My other passion includes making music, percussive and digital music.
