Where is Stage West?
Stage West is at 821 W. Vickery Blvd. (offices at 823 W. Vickery Blvd.) Fort Worth, Texas, 76104 between the Hospital District and downtown. Directions
Do we need ticket reservations?
Not always, though we do recommend it. Call the Box Office, and they can tell you whether it's likely to be safe to just come.
What time are your performances?
- Thursdays 7:30 P.M.
- Fridays & Saturdays 8:00 P.M.
- Sundays 3:00 P.M.
How long are your shows?
Our show length is typically 90-120 minutes, but subject to change based on the show. You can always call the Box Office at 817-784-9378 for more details on a specific show.
Where can we park?
Parking is available in front of our building and the adjacent buildings. Please do not park in the drive between our building and 809 Vickery. Additional parking is along the street across from the theatre and on the surrounding side streets.
What are the Box Office hours?
12 PM-5 PM Tuesday-Friday and 12 PM - 3 PM Saturday. Box Office is Closed on Sunday unless a show; it is always closed on Monday. On show days, the Box Office will be open two hours before showtime and an hour after curtain.
Are masks mandatory?
Masks are not mandatory right now. This decision will depend on local community spread numbers as reported by Tarrant County Health Department.
Are food and drinks allowed in the theatre?
Food is never allowed in the theatre. Drinks are allowed.
Is there a dress code at Stage West?
No. Audience members dress in everything from casual jeans (even shorts in the summer) to business casual (and sometimes even dressier).
What are your shows rated?
At the beginning of the season, we assign ratings to our shows based loosely on MPAA standards, looking at drug use, sexual content, language, violence, adult themes, etc.
Can I read a show's script?
Scripts are available in the box office during their open hours: Tue-Fri 12pm-5pm and Sat 12pm-3pm.
Does the Box Office dog like treats?
Yes, in fact, Zevon is a treat connoisseur! His favorite snack? Paper.
What is the life of a Box Office dog?
Rough.
Are their other office dogs?
Yes, Captain Wiggles handles play selection, Jackson is our Co-Executive Producer. Zeus is our Co-Director of Marketing. Vida is Co-Director of Education. They are all very, very good dogs.

How do I get season tickets?

How do I redeem my season tickets?
Our ticketing system allows you to manage your personal information, donations, and more if you create an account. However, an account is not necessary for purchasing. We have created a help document to walk you through the process, with or without an account.

How do I print tickets at home?
In the confirmation email there is a blue box that says "view eticket". if you click on that it will open a webpage were you may print the ticket. You can also login to your account if you have created one and print from "manage tickets".
What email address would my ticket purchase confirmation come from?
CustomerService [at] OvationTix.com will be the sender's email
How do I exchange my tickets?
Ticket exchanges within a show's run are free for season ticket holders. Exchanges are $5 each for non-subscribers. Please contact the Box Office (817) 784-9378 or boxoffice [at] stagewest.org to exchange your ticket should the need arise.
Tickets may not be exchanged for other shows unless there has be a cancellation of the run.
May I change my seat to be next to a specific person?
Yes, if the seat you want is available. Please call the box office 817-784-9378 and we will reissue the ticket with a new seating assignment. Non-subscribers will incur a $5 fee for this exchange.
What do I do if I lost my email confirmation?
The box office can resend the confirmation if you wish, but all purchased tickets can be picked up at will call (box office) before the performance, using the name of purchaser.
I purchased tickets but can’t figure out how to get them.
Did you purchase tickets online? Look in your email, the sender will be OvationTix. Be sure to check spam, just in case.
Did you purchase tickets over the phone? Call us at 817-784-9378 during box office hours and we will see if we can figure out what happened.
I’m a season ticket holder. How do I find out which performance dates my tickets are for?
You would need to login to your "OvationTix" account or contact the box office.
If I bought "show with dinner" tickets, do I still need to make cafe reservations?
if you purchased a ticket with the '+ cafe reservation" you do not need to contact the box office to make a reservation.
Do you have discounted tickets?
We no longer offer any age or status-based discounts at Stage West. We do have a variety of discounts though. These are announced to folks who are on our mailing list https://www.stagewest.org/email and others can be found here https://www.stagewest.org/discounts.

How do I make reservations for the Lobby Cafe?
Stage West's Lobby Cafe is open prior to all shows. Reservations are necessary; call the box office at 817-784-9378 or email boxoffice [at] stagewest.org. Arrival time for dinner is 6-6:30 on Thu, 6:30-7 on Fri/Sat, and 1:30-2 on Sun. Those not reserving for full dinner/brunch service may purchase drinks, desserts, and appetizers from the bar. Auditions
What is the audition process?
Auditions are by appointment only. We take appointments in one-hour blocks on the audition dates. Auditions are usually on Sunday and Monday evenings, with callbacks as needed. Call the Box Office for an appointment at 817-783-9378. More auditions information is available here.
We always send audition information to the newspapers and to organizations such as S.T.A.G.E.. Audition notices are also posted here on our website.

Can I just show up for auditions?
No. In person auditions are by appointment only. Some shows are open for video audition submissions. Please see stagewest.org/auditions to find out the details.
