Michele Mayfield is an artist, author, poet & speaker.  She has a Bachelor of Arts from UTA- Arlington with a major in radio/tv & journalism.

As an abstract painter, Corliss enjoys using bright colors and flowing contemporary designs to illustrate the emotions elicited by modern life. She studied both commercial art and classical painting throughout the southwest and studio art at Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas.
