Announcing our 2009-2010 Season!

We have a terrific season set for 2009-10, and we think you'll want to join us for sure!  And here it is:

Good Things, by Liz Lochhead, 10/29-11/29

A funny charmer which enjoyed a hugely successful London run, about a 49-year old, recently divorced thrift-store employee struggling with re-entry into the dating pool.

A Don't Hug Me Christmas Carol, book & lyrics by Phil Olson, music by Paul Olson, 12/10-1/17
A zany and hilarious musical take on the Christmas classic, set in a small-town bar in Minnesota.  A little Fargo, a little Tuna, a little Dickens.  A lot of holiday fun!

Copenhagen, by Michael Frayn, 2/11-3/14
This brilliant mind-tease won the Tony, along with a raft of other awards.  Two physicist friends, Bohr and Heisenberg, are both working on working to unlock the secrets of the atom.  Did this meeting determine the outcome of World War II?

The Lonesome West, by Martin McDonagh, 4/15-5/9
Another outrageous comedy from the author of A Skull in Connemara.  This tale finds two brothers locked in Cain-and-Abel hostility, with only the local priest having any hope of keeping their squabbles from bloody escalation.

RolePlay, by Alan Ayckbourn, 6/24-7/25
Justin and Julie-Ann are doing a Meet the Parents dinner to announce their engagement--but the whole thing goes awry, thanks to a mobster's girlfriend and her bodyguard.  Add in Julie-Ann's very conservative parents and Justin's tipsy mother, and it's another classic from the master of modern Brit-com.

...and a great To Be Announced, 8/26-9/26
We can't announce this one till February, but we have been promised the first production rights in North Texas for something we feel will be the comic highlight of the season.  We've been told that it's the perfect Stage West show--we think you'll agree!

Want to join us?  Tickets are now on sale.  They range from $130 (Thur/matinees) to $150 (any performance), with discounts for seniors/students/teachers.  An additional discount will be given for orders placed by September 10.  Want a PDF version of the season to keep, with more details?  Click here.
