About Stage West

 Stage West is a professional theatre company
 operating under agreement with Actors’ Equity
 Association, the professional union of theatrical
 actors and stage managers in the United States. For
 over 29 years, Stage West has been praised for its
 excellence - producing 198 shows, including 180 plays  and 18 musicals. Stage West has risen from modest, storefront beginnings to a highly-respected place among American regional theatres. Over the years, the theatre has produced a wide range of works - classic American and world drama, Shakespeare, Shaw, contemporary Broadway plays and musicals, as well as new works by aspiring playwrights, including 12 world premieres. Stage West nurtures the artistic growth of area actors, directors, designers, playwrights and musicians. Our goal is always to broaden and intensify the theatrical experience for our patrons, with consistently excellent acting, directing and plays. Allied Theatre Group is a non-profit corporation which includes two theatre companies, Stage West and the Fort Worth Shakespeare Festival (not currently producing), both located in Fort Worth, Texas.
